General Terms

Lucca Antiques maintains a retail location in New York, under no circumstances can items purchased online on the Lucca Antiques website be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded through Lucca Antiques retail locations. 

All vintage furniture, objects and fine art items are non-refundable and therefore considered final sale. We do not accept any returns or exchanges of Lucca Antiques online purchases unless the item was damaged in shipping. 

All prices and services featured on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars, are valid and effective only in the continental U.S.  

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of color, condition, prices, item numbers, availability, and dimensions; however, we cannot be responsible for photography or typographical errors. Lucca Antiques reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lucca Antiques will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Depending on material, production techniques or how product is cared for (such as, extreme temperature changes or incorrect cleaning methods), product may alter in color, finish, size, or other features this is the nature, and beauty, of purchasing vintage, handmade product. Lucca Antiques is not responsible for any product alterations after purchase from Lucca Antiques.
