Shipping

All orders shipping to a US address will be shipped within 3-5 days.

For packing, shipping and delivery of large and heavy items such as lighting and furniture, we provide quotes from a third party shipper, Crated Ones. We know and trust this shipper for deliveries outside of our local radius.

We will arrange the pick up of your items, from our warehouse, with Crated Ones. The third party service will then coordinate the final delivery date and time.

We refer you to this company, but are not liable for their packing, shipping or delivery services. If you choose this service you will be dealing directly with Crated Ones once your Lucca item is paid for and handed over to them.
