English Windsor Chair

English Windsor chair with significant modifications, alterations, repairs and "issues". This chair is a late 19th or early 20th century English chair and more than that we cannot say! it has had adaptations to the back spindles, to the lower stretcher... to pretty much the entire chair. however, it retains a great original patina with ample proportions and sits very well and is sturdy. chair sold  "as is" with no guarantee as to provenance or age. a nice decorative item, ample proportions, sturdy and good finish.
